Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Leadership Team role at Keller Williams Scotland. The role is based in Edinburgh with the flexibility for some work from home. The Team Lead will be responsible for attracting and recruiting talent, helping the agents set their goals and being their accountability partner to ensure their success.
Qualifications
* Strong Leadership and Team Development skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to set and achieve strategic goals
* Experience in Estate Agency preferable
* Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
