Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint. Bally's also owns Bally's Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino, among other platforms.
With 10,600 employees, Bally's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company has rights to develop land in Las Vegas post-Tropicana closure.
Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., Bally's will add four casinos across three states, including Iowa, and over 900 employees. The portfolio will include around 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also gain a significant stake in a global lottery business through its investment in Intralot S.A.
The Role: Casual Table Games Dealer - Weekends
Responsibilities:
* Build customer loyalty through exceptional interactions.
* Exchange chips for cash and calculate odds for payments.
* Operate and conduct games professionally, complying with all gaming regulations.
* Protect gaming equipment and company assets.
* Follow all customer service programs and maintain a positive appearance.
* Promote positive public relations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* At least one year of dealing experience.
* Proper training and licensing.
* Strong mathematical skills.
* Proficiency in English.
* Enthusiastic customer service skills.
* Ability to pass dealer auditions.
* Knowledge of two or more core games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker.
License Requirements:
* Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Includes reading, writing, arithmetic, good vision, dexterity, speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure.
Target Hourly Range:
$7.50 plus tips and shift premium.
