Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering exceptional
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)
and high-end
social events
from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
Qualifications
You are an
ambitious, polished, and proactive professional
with a natural flair for luxury service and exceptional organisational skills You will bring
Experience in planning and executing MICE and/or high-end social events, preferably in a luxury setting Impeccable presentation and communication skills Confidence dealing with high-profile and international clients A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and creative problem-solving A client-focused mindset with unwavering attention to detail The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Experience working for a global hospitality brand is a strong advantage
