* Basic salary up to £42,000, with an OTE exceeding £50,000 through team bonuses

Duties
* Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed repair estimates
* Liaise effectively with insurers, customers, and internal workshop teams
* Manage repair processes from initial assessment through to completion
* Ensure all work is compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
* Identify additional repair opportunities and upsell where appropriate
* Maintain high levels of customer service and communication throughout the repair process
Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor position
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
* Strong knowledge of accident repair methods and processes
* Experience working with prestige or high-value vehicles (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Effective communication and customer service skillsATA accreditation is preferred, but not essential
