We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Returns/Warranty Assistant to support our Warranty Manager for 3 months within the angling industry. This role will assist in resolving product warranty and returns issues across a wide range of fishing tackle, rods, reels, and accessories. You'll play a key part in helping our team communicate with stores and suppliers to resolve past warranty cases, ensuring anglers continue to receive the high-quality experience they expect. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Warranty Manager to track and manage historical warranty and return cases. Communicate directly with our retail stores to gather necessary information and updates related to warranty claims. Liaise with fishing tackle suppliers and manufacturers to follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolutions. Assist in identifying and organizing recurring warranty issues across specific product lines (e.g., rods, reels, electronics). Maintain accurate records of all communications and resolutions in our internal systems. Help ensure all returns and warranty processes align with company standards and customer expectations. Support the Warranty Manager in administrative tasks and general follow-up. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in a customer service, admin, or warranty support role preferred—experience in the angling or outdoor retail industry is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and basic office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.). A basic understanding or personal interest in fishing gear and products is highly desirable but not essential. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Additional Information: This is a temporary position for 3 months, supporting a specific project focused on resolving legacy warranty issues.
