Deputy Facilities Manager Full Time (40 hours per week) Salary: £34,000 to £39,000 per annum We are seeking a Deputy Facilities Manager to join the Facilities Management team at a fully contained residential Immigration Removal Centre. This centre houses adult males and females from diverse backgrounds, with a strong focus on respect, decency, and continuous service improvement. The centre accommodates residents of various faiths, beliefs, and cultural values. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Deputy Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day organisation and allocation of maintenance tasks, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities meet both operational needs and contractual requirements. You will act as the vital link between skilled and semi-skilled trades staff and the management team, maintaining high standards across all aspects of facilities operations.
