Overview

Sheffield City Council is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our in‑house respite services, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service includes a 10‑bedded unit and a single occupancy building dedicated to individuals with complex and challenging needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• In‑depth knowledge of CQC registered services.
• Clear understanding of the statutory responsibilities of a registered manager.
• Energy, drive, and a passion for continuous improvement – both personally and within the team and service.

Salary and Working Hours

Full‑time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year. Salary will start at the bottom of the grade, with consideration for higher basic pay when presented.
