Account Manager – Beauty Team
Location: London/Essex/Hertfordshire (20 mins from Liverpool Street)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + bonus potential (OTE up to £50,000)

The company
A growing team working with some of the world’s most exciting beauty brands — including L’Oréal, Wella, Charlotte Tilbury, Estée Lauder, Armani and LVMH. With big ambitions and a collaborative culture, now looking for an additional Account Manager to help nurture client partnerships and deliver outstanding projects across retail and live events.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key part in looking after multiple beauty clients. You’ll work closely with them to understand their needs, guide projects smoothly from start to finish, and ensure the business is providing the very best service. This is a varied role where you’ll balance time spent with clients and internal teams, helping everything run seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients across the beauty sector.
* Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
* Work with design, procurement, and production teams to make sure ideas come to life.
* Spot opportunities to support clients further and add value to their campaigns.
* Lead meetings with confidence, keeping communication clear and constructive.
* Stay organised and process-driven to keep projects on track.
* Learn about different suppliers and materials in order to educate clients on what is/isn’t possible within set time frames.
So you will need
* Previous experience in account management, client services, or project management.
* Great communication skills and the confidence to lead conversations with clients.
* A collaborative approach — happy working across different teams and disciplines.
* Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* A commercial mindset is helpful, but we value a people-first approach most
* Flexibility to travel to UK based clients on a weekly basis
* An understanding of the design process and how to brief a studio
* A Process-oriented outlook
* A personable, outgoing demeanour - you'll be meeting clients for lunch/drinks etc
