Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to care and the ability to manage behaviours effectively while maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Duties
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as required, ensuring the safety of clients during transfers.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to support clients with challenging behaviours.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
* Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in children residential care
* Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by client needs.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
