Join a fast-growing consumer brand on a mission to expand its customer base across the UK. As Growth & Acquisition Manager, you'll lead customer acquisition, delivering innovative campaigns across online and offline channels to drive growth and repeat purchases.
The Role
A hands-on, strategic growth position for a marketer who thrives on results. You'll own end-to-end campaign strategy and delivery, managing a significant marketing budget and working closely with brand, product, and digital teams to grow active customers and optimise acquisition performance.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies
 * Manage campaigns across digital, TV, press, radio, and direct mail
 * Lead messaging, creative development, activation, and performance tracking
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
 * Own customer journey mapping and conversion optimisation
 * Manage and report on marketing budgets
About You
 * 5+ years' experience in growth, acquisition or performance marketing
 * Managed £1M+ marketing budgets
 * Strong experience across digital and offline channels
 * Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
 * Data-driven with strong commercial awareness
 * Experience in consumer brands / D2C e-commerce
 * Edinburgh-based or within 1 hour commute (3 days office-based)
