Role Description
Livingcity CCIM is seeking a full‑time Associate Director Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. This role involves leading a variety of building surveying projects, conducting property inspections, preparing condition surveys, and managing large scale projects. The successful applicant will also engage with clients, provide professional guidance, ensure compliance with current regulations, and contribute to the overall operational and strategic goals of the company.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in building surveying processes, including property inspections, condition surveys, and project management.
* Proficiency in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and ensuring health and safety standards are met in residential building projects.
* Strong communication and client‑facing skills to maintain and develop relationships with various stakeholders, including institutional investors and property developers.
* RICS qualification as a Chartered Building Surveyor is required.
* Experience in managing teams, providing leadership, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
* Proficient in managing budgets, preparing technical reports, and advising on construction matters.
