Vehicle Technician / M.E.T Fitter

We are working on behalf of our client to find a dedicated and adaptable Semi-Skilled M.E.T Fitter to join their growing workshop team. This is a varied role suited to someone with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and trim work who is keen to further develop their skills across multiple workshop functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Welding & Fabrication: Carry out welding and fabrication tasks as required.
* M.E.T Work: Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim duties with accuracy and professionalism.
* Vehicle Preparation & Body Repairs: Assist in prepping vehicles and supporting body repair activities.
* Paint Spraying: Provide support with paint spraying to maintain high-quality vehicle finishes.
* General Workshop Support: Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar workshop or M.E.T role.
* Competent in M.E.T tasks with a willingness to expand skills in welding, fabrication, and paint spraying.
* Strong team player with good communication skills.
