Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organisations and exceptional candidates in the digital and marketing space

* Source, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplines
* Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments

* Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets
