The Role
As a Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end planning and operational activities across our global manufacturing network. This role ensures seamless coordination of purchase orders, stock movements, and factory delivery planning to maintain production efficiency and business continuity.
You’ll begin by focusing on UK-based operations and gradually expand your scope to cover all factories globally. You’ll also play an integral role in our month-end reporting cycle, supporting finance and operations with accurate system checks and reconciliations.
In this role you’ll get to:
Operational Planning & Coordination
* Raise purchase orders for all factories.
* Manage assembly and transfer orders, starting with the UK and expanding globally.
* Maintain and update manufacturing transition trackers to support product movement and production schedules.
* Coordinate packaging deliveries to all factory locations.
Inventory & Rework Management
* Monitor and manage reworks, including tracking POs, stock transfers, and rework status.
* Support accurate and timely VAR reporting to ensure visibility over supply chain variances.
Month-End Close Activities
* Perform NAV location checks to ensure data accuracy.
* Reconcile POs received but not invoiced.
* Process purchase credit memos as required.
* Review and process transfer orders and assembly orders to close out the monthly reporting cycle.
What we are looking for in you:
o Strong organisational and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
o Experience with supply chain systems (e.g., NAV or similar ERP systems).
o Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
o Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
o Experience or interest in manufacturing and production environments.
Nice to Have:
o Previous experience working in a planning or operations support role.
o Knowledge of international manufacturing processes or global supply chains.
