We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile Business Teachers to join our dynamic team at secondary schools in Maldon. Starting in September 2024, this exciting opportunity is perfect for passionate educators who are eager to inspire the next generation of business leaders.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective business lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience as a Business Teacher in a secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge in business studies, including economics, finance, and entrepreneurship.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest educational trends.
