Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a primary school in Blackpool, looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with learning and cognition. This role involves working with students outside of the classroom environment to help build their confidence, support their self-esteem, and empower them to progress academically. You will be working alongside the classroom for core subjects as a class TA and then working with students individually to support learning and development. This role is term time, Monday - Friday: 8:30-3:30 from January 2026 - July 2026. A full DBS and vetting check will be required. Pay will be between £13.68-£13.88 per hour. About You - LSA - Blackpool, Lancashire Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA/LSA in a UK secondary or SEN school Pastoral experience is desirable Ability to support students outside of the classroom environment to help build confidence and self-esteem Available Monday to Friday Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
