A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Norfolk for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their award winning Fine Dining Restaurant.This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for dinner service only so no lunches. This is a fantastic Sous Chef opportunity.
Salary & Benefits
Salary package to £40k including tips
5 days from 7 - Start at 12 noon - no splits or earlies
47.5 hour week

The Role
Working in the award winning kitchen using fresh, local & seasonal produce
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
Preparing meals using fresh ingredients on a daily basis. All dishes made on site daily
Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head & Sous Chef
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or a strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion.
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
Experience of working in fresh food kitchens ideally to 2AA rosette level or higher
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
