We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join the HR team as a full time, permanent HR Advisor.
As a HR Advisor for Birmingham Children’s Trust:
* You will provide a confidential high-quality advisory service to all levels of staff across the business.
* You will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries, supporting staff with advice and guidance on the full range of HR policies and procedures, undertaking administrative tasks and updating workforce information on Oracle.
* You will be responsible for responding to the HR Service Desk enquiries, working at volume and pace to meet targets and service level agreements.
* You should have a good grasp of HR legislation and employment law matters however training will be provided.
* Previous experience of using databases or systems is desirable, along with the willingness to work as a team to achieve our common goal.
* You must be competent and confident in using all MS Office platforms.
* You will have excellent organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines, whilst remaining detailed focused in this fast-paced environment.

Onboarding Process:

These are essential pre-employment requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK.
