Job Details
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in MasterCAM to develop and optimize programs for large-scale machining projects. This role supports heavy fabrication operations by creating accurate, efficient CNC programs for complex components.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and program CNC machining programs using MasterCAM
* Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
* Create toolpaths and select appropriate tooling and machining strategies
* Optimize programs for efficiency, accuracy, and material utilization
* Troubleshoot and modify programs as needed during production
* Collaborate with machinists, operators, and production teams
* Perform program verification and support first-run validation
* Maintain documentation and revision control for CNC programs
* Experience creating programs for large-scale machining operations
