Job Description:
* In charge of managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers to enhance retention and business growth.
* In charge of sourcing and pursing new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking activities.
* Responsible in keeping accurate and updated customer information while preparing regular sales performance reports
* Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a positive customer experience.
* In charge of supporting the planning and implementation of sales strategies that contribute to the company’s business objectives.
Requirements:
* Min Nitec and above
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in inside sales / account management in the car rental industry
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytical tools for monitoring and reporting sales activities.
