We close our restaurants over the festive period to allow our teams to have a well-deserved break To join us the successful Bartender will: Provide professional, warm and engaging service Be charismatic and confident with customers Demonstrate an extensive knowledge and passion for wine, & spirits, and a have a desire to learn more Have a knowledge of food and be comfortable working behind a dining counter Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a comparable, quality-led, restaurant bar environment Always strive for excellence Knowledge of stock control & procedures Have conversational level spoken English Love what you do!
