About the Role: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEMH Create a supportive and structured learning environment to promote emotional regulation and resilience Develop and implement individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic care and progress Track pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching SEMH or in specialist settings Strong understanding of SEMH, SEND, and positive behaviour strategies Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and pastoral care Passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential How to Apply: If you are passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs and have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
