At The Hand and Flowers, we are looking for professional and enthusiastic waiting staff to join our merry band of pirates. A smile and a can-do attitude go a long way, the rest we can teach.
You will be able to ensure all our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our 2 Michelin Star pub.

* Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests,
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
* Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
* Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Perform basic maths tasks for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
* Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
* Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is an advantage.
