Now, we’re looking for a Revenue / Project Accountant to join our growing Finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and integrity across multiple clients and international markets. You’ll combine strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to work collaboratively across project teams to ensure every event, campaign, and experience is financially watertight. What you'll be doing As a Revenue / Project Accountant, you’ll take ownership of revenue reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes, working closely with our Finance, Event, and Registration teams to support the delivery of exceptional client projects. Key responsibilities include: Revenue Reconciliation – Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies. VAT & Sales Tax Compliance – Manage VAT and sales tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions; liaise with tax advisors to ensure compliance. Systems Management – Coordinate finance integrations with sponsorship and registration sales platforms, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Bank Reconciliations – Perform daily reconciliations of multi-currency domestic and international accounts. Reporting & Analysis – Prepare timely revenue reports and financial insights to support project requirements. Audit & Compliance – Support internal and external audits by compiling documentation and maintaining robust financial records. Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with project and event teams to provide proactive financial support and insights. Invoicing & Billing – Prepare accurate client billing in line with agreed timelines. Project Reconciliations – Work with project managers to reconcile project revenue and expenditure accurately. What you will bring We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional who can balance independence with collaboration and loves problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. You should have: 3 years’ experience in a Finance role, with at least 1 year in revenue, project, or treasury accounting (experience in events, media, or hospitality a plus). A strong understanding of accounting standards, UK VAT, and international VAT/sales tax requirements. High proficiency in Excel; experience with Acumatica (or similar ERP systems) preferred. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation. Confidence to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills — able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
