In this role, you will:
Inspire & Teach
* Deliver engaging practical and theory sessions in professional cookery and hospitality
* Support and mentor learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment
* Create a realistic industry environment that develops workplace-ready skills
Lead & Innovate
* Run and support professional kitchen operations, including service, events, and functions
* Design and deliver cost-effective, seasonal menus
* Embed strong customer service and front-of-house awareness into training
Shape Futures
* Help learners at all levels (Level 1–3 and apprenticeships) reach their full potential
* Develop employability skills and industry behaviours
* Build links with employers and create meaningful experiences for learners

What we’re looking for:
* Industry experience as a Chef or Hospitality professional
* A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Relevant vocational qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Strong communication, organisation, and a passion for developing others
* Understanding of both kitchen and front-of-house operations

All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
