Job Description:
1. Provide 1st line support to all client employees and consultants.
2. Create and follow up tickets in ITSM.
3. Troubleshoot issues remotely or onsite at the physical walk-in desk.
4. Manage communication with 3rd party vendors for support and RMA.
5. Retail support: remotely manage all Telenet and Base stores across Belgium.
6. Stage and destage computers.
7. Perform hardware repairs on desktops and laptops, install OS on devices (PXE boot).
8. Manage databases (SCCM, AD, Keepass, In-house DB, etc.).
9. Handle new employee demands sent through TIPOS.
10. Provide basic Microsoft Exchange support, support on terminal servers and VMs.
11. Configure devices and collaborate with the network team for connectivity.
12. Document procedures and update existing documentation.
13. Stage, configure, and test end-user devices.
14. Follow up on starter and leaver processes.
15. Support LAN/WLAN connectivity.
