Care2Succeed is a fully accredited national training provider offering training in Health and Social Care across Britain. We provide comprehensive training to staff teams in care units based across South Yorkshire, Midlands and the North West.
We are a growing company seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Trainer to join our friendly and highly trained team.
The Role and Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive two-week induction programme for new staff prior to their employment across a variety of Health and Social Care settings (children’s homes, residential family centres, supported living accommodation).
* Provide assistance to learners to gain their starting certificates.
* Deliver training programmes to learners, ensuring high standards are achieved.
* Develop course material to support training requirements.
* Complete relevant paperwork and develop course materials to support training.
* Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns.
* Work effectively as part of a team or independently.
Requirements, qualifications and experience
* A recognised Level 3 teaching qualification.
* Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sector.
* Experience delivering training to groups of 12-16 students.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
* A full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not required if applicants can reliably commute to our offices in Rotherham (S63).
