Our established client is looking for a part-time Customer Service / Sales Research Executive for an initial period of up to 3 months based within a busy customer services department. This role is Part-time around 21 hours per week and the client will be flexible. Key Duties: Researching new business leads Provide exceptional customer service in dealing with customer queries Ability to promote special offers, up-sell and cross sell To advise customers on services and products To update and amend company records in a timely manner Person Specification Experience of working in a contact centre or retail environment for a professional organisation. Computer literate ability to contact customers via the phone re marketing mailers. Offer a friendly and calm approach, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
