Trainee Systems & Process Coordinator – The Opportunity
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with a growing specialist construction company based near the Aztec West area, offering free on-site parking and easy motorway access.
The business is looking to invest in someone at the early stages of their career who wants to build long-term progression within construction systems, processes, and document control. You will work closely with the design and technical teams, learning how information, drawings, and systems are managed across live projects.

Trainee Systems & Process Coordinator – The Role
You will be trained to support the systems, processes, and document control function within the design team. This is a structured learning role with clear development opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with document control for design and technical information
* Managing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
* Uploading, issuing, and tracking documents through internal systems
* Supporting the design team with system and process administration
* Maintaining accurate records and version control
* Learning internal procedures and helping ensure compliance
* Liaising with internal teams to support smooth information flow
* Supporting continuous improvement of systems and processes
* Full training will be provided.
