Position: Knowledge & Evidence Manager
We are seeking an experienced Knowledge & Evidence Manager to join our dynamic library and information service, supporting the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board, along with the public health teams at Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
Responsibilities
* Support evidence‑informed decision‑making across the Integrated Care Board and public health teams.
* Manage knowledge resources and databases.
* Deliver training and training support to staff.
* Work independently while managing a varied workload effectively.
* Collaborate with professional librarians and paraprofessional colleagues to provide mentorship and shared expertise.
Qualifications
* Qualified librarian with strong experience in database searching and training delivery.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence with digital tools and ability to work independently.
* Health background is beneficial but not essential; full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
