Overview
Community Engagement Regeneration Officer. Location: Bedford. Salary: £16,500 per annum. Hours: Part time – 18.5 hours per week. This is a permanent, part time vacancy that will close in 7 hours at 23:59 GMT.
Responsibilities
* Delivering community engagement for regeneration projects, with a focus on Greyfriars, Bedford.
* Bringing people together to address important local issues and co-create regeneration proposals.
* Engaging and consulting with residents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Gathering and sharing community and stakeholder views to influence positive change.
* Organising and representing bpha at public events, liaising with political stakeholders, local authorities, and partner agencies.
* Supporting customers through the regeneration process, including helping with moves to new homes.
* Maintaining accurate records of all engagement activity.
* Working flexibly, including some evenings and weekends (with flexi-time arrangements).

Additional Information
* This is a remote working position (home based), with regular travel to Greyfriars or the office or other locations, with a flexible approach to cover other areas.
* Must be able to drive and have use of a car for work.
* Happy to work evenings and weekends if necessary to attend events and meetings.
