Project Manager - Façades / Cladding / Roofing Our Client (Specialist Facades Contractor) Location: Liverpool Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Projects: Up to £12m About the Role We are working with our client, a specialist contractor within the façades, roofing, and cladding sector, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Liverpool. This is a key delivery role, responsible for managing large-scale envelope projects from pre-start through to completion, with values of up to £12m. You will take ownership of site delivery, programme performance, commercial coordination, and client relationships across multiple live projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering façade or building envelope packages, with a proven ability to manage complex construction programmes and lead site teams effectively.
