Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rickmansworth for a Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator. The role involves assisting clients with property sales and lettings, including conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, and obtaining the best outcomes for clients. You will manage end-to-end processes, from property valuations and marketing to coordinating legal formalities and finalising deals. A key part of your role will be delivering excellent customer service to clients while maintaining detailed knowledge of the local property market.
Skills
Experience in estate agency sales
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude
Knowledge of the Rickmansworth area and local property market is advantageous
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
A car owner with a full UK driving licence
