We're looking for a Sales Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our busy sales office.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient office workflows, and acting as a vital support to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of customer paperwork and documentation
* Allocate, monitor, and track sales leads and team performance using Excel and internal systems
* Support and cover for the Sales Manager during absences
* Handle customer communication (calls/emails) with professionalism and efficiency
* Ensure data accuracy across platforms and maintain clear records of activity and performance
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager on new processes and improve team productivity
* Motivate and support the team with regular feedback, coaching, and incentive ideas
* Prioritise workloads, delegate effectively, and ensure timely completion of all tasks
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience administrator role (ideally within a sales or customer service environment)
* Proven ability to support or cover for management in a busy office setting
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and internal CRM/sales systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
* A natural motivator with a collaborative leadership style
* Professional, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Proactive and confident in making decisions when needed
