The Role
As a Paint Technician, you will work with prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring all painting and finishing work meets manufacturer standards and delivers flawless results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles fully before painting, including masking, sanding, and other necessary preparation work
Ensure perfect colour matches and defect-free finishes
Use correct tools and methods according to manufacturer standards
Perform quality checks to maintain high standards
Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
Deliver the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle painting
Ability to apply skills effectively and problem-solve
