The Role The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, comprehensive support to the CEO and two other senior executives. The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter, experienced in managing complex schedules and travel, handling sensitive information with discretion, and playing a key role in supporting strategic projects. Key Responsibilities Providing seamless, proactive support to the CEO and two additional C-suite members Managing complex calendars, meeting coordination and international travel arrangements Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and briefing documents Supporting internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team Acting as a liaison across departments and with key external stakeholders Supporting and coordinating strategic, cross-functional projects Utilising CRM systems to manage stakeholder engagement and communications Candidate Profile Significant experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, project-focused environment Highly organised, forward-thinking and able to anticipate needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Able to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion Desirable Experience Previous experience in a private equity or venture capital-backed business Background in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other life sciences sectors Why Join?
