Job Title: Store Operations Manager

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager. You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
2. Maintaining accuracy of company documentation
3. Reconciliation and banking of all store revenues
4. Conducting Trading Standards compliance checks
5. Producing Point Of Sale/price indicators
6. Booking incoming/outgoing stock
7. Processing damaged stock (demics)
8. Issuing and inputting stock inventory counts
9. Issuing and inputting inter-store transfers
10. Ensuring store compliance with company deadlines
11. Processing customer orders
12. Conducting new starter inductions and reference checks
13. Managing payroll procedures
14. Adhering to cash office procedures
