The Marketing Executive at ClickTech is a proactive and creative member of our marketing team, supporting a wide range of digital marketing initiatives across our house of SaaS brands. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll be instrumental in delivering content and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption - with particular ownership of social media strategy and execution.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital and product marketing. You’ll help connect our products to our audience, turning features into benefits and creating content that educates, inspires, and converts. From promoting new features and onboarding flows to supporting sales enablement and community growth, you'll work across departments to bring our platform stories to life.
A creative thinker with strong organisational skills and a passion for digital marketing
Self-starter comfortable owning projects with clear direction
Strong writing and communication skills — able to turn product talk into user-friendly content
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or creating social and product content (even personal or academic projects)
Social Media & Community Marketing:
Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for ClickTech’s brands
Write and schedule engaging, on-brand posts and stories - including product updates and user-focused tips
Collaborate with the product team to translate product features into digestible, value-led content
Report on social performance and optimise content based on engagement and reach
Email Marketing & Product Communication:
Analyse open rates, click-throughs and conversions to refine performance
Content & Website Support:
Upload blogs and educational content using our CMS
Support product launch content, FAQs, and feature highlight pages
Format and proof content for consistency, clarity, and alignment with product messaging
Assist with imagery, metadata, and basic SEO updates
Performance Analysis:
Help prepare campaign wrap-ups, learnings, and performance summaries
Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, and product-led campaigns
Support product marketing initiatives such as competitive positioning, product surveys, and testimonials
Maintain campaign calendars, asset folders, and cross-team communication
