Roles/Responsibilities
Carry out electrical & mechanical maintenance to maximize plant uptime, including fault finding, repairs amd preventative maintenance
Diagnose faults across PLCs, drives and production equipment, implementing effective root cause fixes
Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly
Support continuous improvement, machine upgrades, and reliability projects across site
Work closely with production, contractors and suppliers to maintain safety, quality and performance standards
What we're looking for
Time-served maintenance engineer with a recognised Level 3 qualification (NVQ/HNC or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering
Strong electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Confident fault finding on electrical systems, with working knowledge of PLCs and industrial drives
Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and respond effectively to breakdown situations
Proactive, safety-conscious approach with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
