Your Responsibilities
* Responding to emerging quality issues, containment issues and verification of any products or materials that do not meet required standards and/or specification
* Manage CAPA processes, including the process of documenting all required information in the system
* Monitor CAPA phases to drive timeliness in execution, and inform management for potential risk of delays
* Monitor execution of all CAPA tasks, and ensure associated objective evidence is appropriately captured
* Manage product and process control
* Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities, leading when required
* Generate and maintain control plans and inspection instructions
* Provide guidance and assistance with the NPI design verification and validation process
* Review and approve technical documents and process documentation
* To play a support and lead role as required during audits, including creating, conducting and logging and audit activities
Your qualification
* You can demonstrate a minimum of a HNC or above, in an Engineering or Scientific discipline
* Minimum of three years' in a Quality Engineering role within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment
* You can demonstrate a solid understanding of quality management systems, testing tools and statistical analysis
* You are naturally collaborative, able to work cross functionally as part of a team
* You possess strong interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively
* You can demonstrate project management, problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
