You will be taught all the essential kitchen skills, from knife work and food preparation to understanding different cooking methods. Assisting our chefs with daily food preparation, making sure everything is chopped, diced, and ready to go for service. Maintaining a spotless and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene standards (it's super important!). Helping with cooking and plating dishes during busy service times, learning how to work efficiently under pressure. Understanding how to manage stock, rotate ingredients, and minimise waste. Working closely with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
