About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant you will help clients live with dignity and joy in their own homes. Your day will include sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, assisting with daily routines and personal care, and being the friendly face that brightens a client’s morning. You’ll provide connection, not just care.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
* Provide companionship and support during home visits.
* Help maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.
* Record activity information and report any changes to the care team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No previous experience needed; comprehensive training is provided.
* Good people skills and ability to show strong empathy with a caring and compassionate nature.
* Positive, professional team‑working ethos.
* Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
* Availability to work alternating weekends.
