The Role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school or adapt resources where necessary
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Quickly build rapport with pupils and staff in new settings
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensure pupils remain on task and achieve lesson objectives
* Provide brief feedback to the class teacher at the end of the day

Daily Responsibilities:
* Arriving prepared and ready to teach at short notice where required
* Taking responsibility for the learning and wellbeing of pupils throughout the day
* Adapting teaching style to suit different classrooms and abilities
* Supporting teaching assistants and working collaboratively with school staff
* Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times
* Marking work where required and leaving clear handover notes
