Responsibilities
* To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of clients with complex needs using evidence based principles within Critical Care and Medicine, Orthopaedics and Surgery and Care of the Elderly
* To work as an autonomous practitioner and to provide specialist assessments and treatments to clients, and maintain records in line with Trust and professional standards
* To work as an effective team member and communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders including patients, family/carers and the MDT
* To provide leadership, training and education to junior staff, students and assistants, and to provide supervision and 121's with junior staff and assistants
* To deputise for the clinical lead in the absence
* To be highly organised and be able to prioritise effectively and be able to work in a busy environment and under pressure
