Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are hiring for all levels of maintenance technicians! We are willing to train, so you just need a bit of industrial maintenance experience.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance related to equipment, including inspecting, operating, or testing machinery or equipment to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions. Machinery/components include 3 phase motors, gear boxes, motor control circuits, VFD's, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other preventive maintenance tasks.
Maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, including control field devices, contactors, starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, HMIs, and interlock safety devices. Review and complete work orders timely, conducting necessary maintenance or repairs as needed. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times and ensure all Maintenance Personnel are following LOTO procedures at all times.
Essential Skills
* Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
* Mechanical experience on hydraulics, gear boxes, and conveyors
* Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v
* Industrial maintenance experience
* Ability to read and interpret schematics
Work Environment
Shifts include 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
