The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll create engaging visual content across multiple platforms.
You will:
* Film and edit video content for a range of channels, from long-form website videos to short, engaging social media clips
* Work directly with clients to develop creative ideas, including scripting, storyboarding, filming and editing
* Capture high-quality photography, from professional headshots to dynamic event photography
* Use professional camera equipment and drone footage to create compelling visual content
* Collaborate with the wider creative team and have the opportunity to support additional design work
About You
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled content creator who enjoys working with clients and bringing ideas to life.
You will likely:
* Have a strong background in videography and photography, supported by a portfolio showcasing both video and still imagery
* Be confident producing a variety of content — from professional long-form video to fast-paced social media clips
* Have experience creating content for B2B businesses
* Be comfortable filming on location and working directly with clients
* Be able to travel into Birmingham two days per week and attend client sites when needed
The agency is open to someone joining full-time, or a freelancer looking for a more stable part-time role (4 days per week) while continuing their own work.
