We are looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with complex needs.
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ individual learning needs.
Use a range of teaching strategies to support communication, social, emotional, and academic development.
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure a consistent and holistic approach.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews and progress meetings.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with special educational needs (essential).
Knowledge of strategies for supporting pupils with ASD, speech and language needs, or social and emotional difficulties.
A reflective practitioner with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
