You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop your career.How you'll help us make health happenAs a Lead Cloud Platform Engineer, you will:Lead the design, build and evolution of cloud-based platforms and infrastructureSet technical direction and support best practices for platform engineeringEnsure systems are secure, reliable and scalableDrive automation and continuous improvement of platform servicesCollaborate with engineering, security and operations teamsSupport the delivery of applications by providing robust platform capabilitiesMonitor performance and respond to incidents to maintain service qualityCoach and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and guidanceEnsure solutions align with internal standards and regulatory requirementsKey Skills/Qualifications needed for this roleWe're looking for a Lead Cloud Platform Engineer who:Has strong experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)Demonstrates expertise in platform engineering, infrastructure and automationHas experience leading or mentoring engineersIs confident working with deployment, monitoring and configuration toolsHas knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell or similar)Understands security, reliability and performance in cloud environmentsCommunicates clearly and works well with a range of stakeholdersTakes a proactive, solution-focused approachBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
