Senior H&S Advisor
Buckinghamshire/Berkshire region.

£55,000 - £68,000 plus package
Are you an experienced health & safety professional with strong knowledge of utilities, energy, power or civil engineering and seeking a new position? I have multiple positions across the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire region. I am currently working with a large civil engineering/Utility -focused business in growing their team across the Buckinghamshire & Berkshire region. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience working in health & safety
The Senior Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
* Driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for health & safety
* Work as part of a team across multiple sites over the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire region
* Support the team to create a positive health & safety culture
* Be the go-to for internal and external contractors in providing health & safety advice
* Lead on accident investigations and near misses to identify root causes and implement improvement plans.
* Conduct risk assessments and method statements for sites when required.
* Promote a positive and proactive health & safety culture across the business
The Senior Health & Safety Advisor will have:
* 3 years of experience working in health & safety
* Previous experience working in utilities, energy, power or civil engineering.
* Hold a NEBOSH certificate with IOSH membership
* Driving license
* Previously worked in the construction or civil engineering industry, so has site experience
* Happy to work in a hybrid position with travel, so a driving license is required.
* Strong communicator and problem solver approach
