Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and contracts across residential projects ranging from 15 to 200 units. These developments include apartments, houses, bungalows, and maisonettes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the housing sector or similar.
2. Strongmercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
3. Excellentmunication and negotiation skills.
4. CSCS or other certifications are advantageous but not essential.
5. Ability to travel to sites across Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester.
